Keurig My K-Cup Review

This product is super easy to use! All you do you add your coffee of choice and use it as you would any kcup. It even has a max fill line so you don't over fill it. I love that it's also dishwasher safe which makes cleaning a whole lot easier. It can be a little difficult making sure you get all of the coffee grounds out when washing by hand. I'm so glad that I received this product from Influenster so that I could write a review. I have been wanting to buy this product. Now I can brew all the coffees that I have been wanting to buy that are not offered in kcup form. Excellent product! Definitely recommend purchasing.

Frosty VoxBox

I received the Frosty VoxBox courteously of Influenster. This box contained many great items.

McCormick Thyme- I was definitely happy to receive this product. I had just ran out of thyme at home. This brand did not disappoint. I have already used it in several recipes including spaghetti and other types of pasta and crockpot meals.

Boots No. 7 Protect & Perfect Serum- no complaints. I believe results would be more noticeable after using more than what was received in the sample.

Fruit Vines (cherry flavor)- This turned out to be a very delicious candy. From the appearance on the bag, I assumed that it would be just like a Twizzler. However, it does have a more fruitful taste and is chewier. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

Celestial Tea- Unfortunately, I am not a tea fan so this product was not all that great for me. I did try it in hopes that I would like it but I did not. I'm sure I would have loved it if I actually liked tea.

Rimmel London Eye-makeup remover- This product works great! I needed a new eye makeup remover. I was just using facial wipes. Before that, I used a cream eye makeup remover. I like this eye makeup so much more than the facial wipes and cream. The cream could get messy and could easily get in your eyes which is not a good feeling. The Rimmel eye makeup remover is a liquid and is easier to apply. It does not irritate your eyes. It also does an extremely better job at getting eye makeup off than the facial wipes.

NYC New York Expert Last Lipstick (sugar plum)- This is probably one of my favorite lipsticks now! It applies smoothly and doesn't leave your lips feeling dry afterwards. The color lasts throughout the day. I can't wait to try some other colors.

EcoTools Hair Brush- Pretty decent brush. The last brush that I had like this (different brand), always caught my hair. This one glides through my hair without problems.

Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Eyeliner (kohl)- Unfortunately my eyeliner somehow was broken during mailing but I was able to use some of it. Glad I was able to use it because I love this eyeliner. Applies very smoothly. The intensity is great and the color lasts. I'm not a huge fan of eyeliners that you have to sharpen (I guess I just haven't found the right sharpener yet) but I would definitely consider purchasing this item.

Keurig 2.0

I received the new Keurig 2.0 from Influenster and I must say that it has to be the best coffee maker out there.

I love the idea of having a water reservoir so that I do not that I do not have to refill it every time I want to make a cup of coffee.

There are multiple cup sizes and also the option of making a carafe.  There is also an option for brew strength.

The Keurig has come up in the world of technology by having a touch screen display! You can change the background on the display as well as changing the light color in the water reservoir. You also have the ability to have it automatically turn on and off so that it is already warmed up by the time you wake up. One less thing to worry about for those busy mornings.

I've only found two downfalls. The first is that the flow is inconsistent which causes a little bit more splattering than the other models. I did notice that it got somewhat better after using it a couple of times. The other downfall is that you can only use Keurig brand kcups. I had a few other brands (some that even had the Keurig label on it) but this smart Keurig 2.0 recognizes that they are not Keurig brands and will not brew them.

Other than those two things, I look forward to brewing some good coffee!

Go VoxBox

This Influenster Go VoxBox contained a lot of goodies. I really enjoyed my blueberry flavored almonds. After trying them, I had to go back to the store and by some more. I decided to by the strawberry flavored ones which were delicious as well.

The Muller yogurt was really good. After getting my first one free, I had to go back and get 5 more. I am not a big fan of greek yogurt but theirs is very good.

The Pro-Foot pedi rock did a really great job. Left my feet feeling smooth.

There were other items including in the box but these three were my favorite.

Yogurt...for the hair?

We all know that yogurt can make a delicious snack or dessert. But did you know that you can also use it in your hair? Yes that's right, your hair. It is very beneficial to your hair. Yogurt can be used as a base for deep conditioner. It promotes hair growth. Also if you use it, you will find that it is a lot easier to comb through your hair. The first time I used it, I had no problem combing through my hair (and I have natural African American hair). I did not have the problem of my hair tangling up and getting knots in it. Yogurt also prevents your hair from getting frizzy. These are only a few of the benefits that yogurt provides for your hair.

How to use: After washing my hair, I mix yogurt, olive oil, and honey together in a bowl (yes, all 3 ingredients are beneficial to your hair). I then apply the mixture to wet hair. Let sit on hair for at least 15 minutes. Then wash out. That's it!

Only use plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt.

“ZonePerfect® Greek Yogurt Bars” Review

I received the Greek Yogurt Raspberry ZonePerfect® Greek Yogurt bar in my Influenster GoodVoxBox. I decided I would eat it for a quick breakfast. It was actually pretty good. I'm honestlyy not a big fan of greek yogurt (it has a bitter taste). So I figured I would not like these bars. To my surprise, I actually like them. I think I would like the chocolate ones even better! I like raspberry but it's never my go to flavor. I tend to never buy anything that is just raspberry but instead a mixture of raspberry and strawberries and other berries. I would buy just strawberry though. But the raspberry flavor was not that bad. I just still personally think that the flavors should be chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla berry (including raspberry with the other fruits). I think a lot of people like strawberries; I never hear too much about raspberries. But either way, this is a very healthy bar. Especially for those that exercise. It has 3 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein. It can be hard to find that in a bar, especially one that's delicious.

Sweetness!--Amélie's French Bakery

I must say the best bakery I have been to would have to be Amélie's French Bakery in North Carolina. I happened to be in Charlotte, North Carolina and heard about this bakery. I thought to myself: "what could be so good about a bakery?" I can be a pretty picky eater so not just anything is great to me. In other words, I was not expecting to be amazed. I just figured this would be like any bakery...
...My mind was changed by just walking in. The place is filled with CRAZY art. Even the tables and chairs were art. They had many chandeliers (made out of various objects) and even Mona Lisa with shades. I cannot even put in words all the things I saw there. It's one of those things you have to see for yourself. I wish I had taken a lot of pictures.
But anyways, besides the scenery, the desserts was also AMAZING, WONDERFUL, DELCIOUS,....all of the above! Unfortunately, I only had the chance to try two things: a cinnamon macaroon and their salted caramel brownies. Just talking about it makes me want to drive to North Carolina and get some (which means that it must be pretty good considering that would be a 6 hour drive).  Good scenery and good food! I think that deserves a 10 out of 10!!! Prices may seem high, but trust me, it's definitely worth it.
So if you're ever in Charlotte, be sure to check this place out; you won't regret it.
